Abdominal Therapy
Also known as Maya Abdominal Therapy developed by Dr. Rosita Arvigo; this is a modality that facilitates the flow of blood, lymph, nerves, and energy through the center of the body. It is a phenomenal treatment for improving digestive health, optimizing fertility/reproductive health, relieving lower back and hip pain and so much more.
It is also a great treatment for all phases of pregnancy and postpartum.

Abhyanga
Abhyanga is a traditional Ayurvedic full body massage in which warm oil is deliberately and rhythmically applied from the top of your head all the way down to the soles of your feet. Traditionally according to Ayurvedic wisdom, a woman should receive this massage with specialized oil every day for the first 40 days postpartum.
The Sanskrit word for oil is “sneha” which is a term also used to describe love or tenderness, so in many ways receiving an Abhyanga massage is like wrapping and anointing your entire body in love. This treatment improves circulation, lymphatic drainage, skin health and regulation of the nervous system. Abhyanga is a gentle and nourishing treatment for postpartum healing, but is also beneficial and supportive for anyone interested in a more gentle massage.
